Important Notice – No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

This includes reasons such as:

  • Size not suitable

  • Colour preference

  • Style or comfort choice

  • Change in personal circumstances

We strongly advise all customers to carefully check measurements, access points (doors, hallways, stairs), and room space before ordering. Our team is happy to provide additional photos and details to help you make the right decision.


Faulty or Incorrect Items (14-Day Reporting Period)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

The item must remain unused and in its original condition.

Please email us with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


Return & Collection Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items:
    We will cover the full return or collection cost.

  • Change of mind:
    ❌ Not accepted under any circumstances.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is made after 14 days from delivery

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered

  • The item is not in its original or equivalent packaging

  • There is evidence of misuse or policy abuse


Important Reminder

Please ensure the sofa will fit through your doorways and into your room before ordering. We are not responsible for items that do not fit into your property.
