Delivery & Additional Charges

🪑 Optional Sofa Assembly Service: £30

🛗 Stair Charges: £15 per floor

If your property has stairs or restricted access, please inform us when placing your order so we can arrange delivery accordingly.

Delivery Timeframe

📦 Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, depending on stock availability and delivery location.

📱 On the day of delivery, you will receive a confirmation message with your estimated delivery time slot.

Important Delivery Information

To help ensure a successful delivery, please check the following before ordering:

✔ Ensure the sofa will fit through all access points, including doors, hallways, staircases, and lifts.

✔ Please make sure suitable parking and safe access are available for our delivery vehicle.

✔ Our delivery team can place the sofa in your chosen room and assemble it if the assembly service has been requested.

Delivery Exclusion Areas

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to the following areas and postcodes:

HS, GY, JE, KW, PA20–PA31, PA35, PA37–PA38, PH32–PH40, IV21–IV28, IV40–IV49, IV51–IV56, KA28, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland.

Old Sofa Removal Service

♻️ We offer an optional old sofa removal service for £70.

Please contact our team on WhatsApp before delivery to discuss collection arrangements and suitability.
