At Sofa Emporium UK, we offer FREE home delivery across most of the UK. Your sofa will be delivered safely to a room of your choice by our professional delivery team.

Delivery & Assembly Charges

• Home Delivery: FREE nationwide

• Sofa Assembly (Optional): £30

• Stair Charges: £15 per floor

If stairs are involved, please inform us at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, depending on stock availability and your location.
You will receive a text message confirmation with your delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

Important Delivery Information

• Please ensure your sofa will fit through all access points (doors, hallways, stairs, lifts).

• Ensure there is suitable parking and safe access for our delivery vehicle.

• Our team will deliver to your chosen room and assemble the sofa if requested.

We currently do not deliver to the following postcodes and areas:

HS, GY, JE, KW, PA20–PA31, PA35, PA37–PA38, PH32–PH40, IV21–IV28, IV40–IV49, IV51–IV56, KA28, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland.

We offer an old sofa removal service for £70.

To arrange removal, please contact us on WhatsApp in advance to discuss the details with our team.
